Dalla Corte and DemusLab has joined SCAE training and certification programme, which is part of the Coffee Diploma System, a new training system started in June 2011.
Certifications include practical and theoretical tests and provide credits for SCAE Coffee Diploma.
Title of certifications:
1 August: Coffee Introduction, Barista level 1 e Grinding & brewing level 1
2 August: Barista level 2 e Green Coffee level 1
3 August: Advanced Brewing Methods (brewing level 2), Sensory & Cup Tasting level 1

Costs: SCAE certification and an organization contribution fee.
